HR RECRUITER


JOB SUMMARY

This is a work from home position on the USA. If you are looking to be a part of a successful team, a company with a great culture who offers competitive compensation packages and exceptional professional growth than we are a right company for you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess skill level of prospective candidates, conduct over the phone interviews, and discuss job responsibilities.

Sourcing through recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and Monster to search for qualified candidates.

Perform phone screens and pre-qualification over the phone of potential candidates to determine their deliverability.

Provide program evaluation & communicate results to management staff.

Concentrate efforts on client retention/satisfaction and growth; continually work to build new and enhance existing relationships.

Manage full cycle recruiting process; from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews to offer delivery and on-boarding process.

Coordinate with hiring managers to create and maintain recruiting and interviewing plans.

Aggressive hiring goals in various areas.

Schedule 30-50 interviews daily.

Report to Recruiting manager.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Previous experience working as a Recruiter or a similar position is a plus, but your personality and drive to create results comes first.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A poised multitasker comfortable in a fast-paced environment with overlapping deadlines.

A data-driven and analytical thinker who can leverage recruiting metrics.

Perfect communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in work with Microsoft Office.
